T24\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u6291\u5236\u4f5c\u7528\u53ca\u5176\u673a\u5236\u7814\u7a76\u201d\u535a\u58eb\u8bba\u6587\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\uff0c\u767d\u85dc\u82a6\u9187\u80fd\u663e\u8457\u6291\u5236 T24 \u7ec6\u80de\u589e\u6b96\uff0c\u5176\u6291\u5236\u4f5c\u7528\u5448\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u5242\u91cf\u4f9d\u8d56\u6027\u3002\u767d\u85dc\u82a6\u9187\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06 T24 \u7ec6\u80de\u660e\u663e\u963b\u6ede\u4e8e G1 \u671f\uff0c\u5176\u5206\u5b50\u673a\u5236\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u6291\u5236 T24 \u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d cyclinD1 \u548c CDK4 \u7684\u8868\u8fbe\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u5f3a WAF-1\/P21\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u8868\u8fbe\u3002<\/li>\n<li>2\uff0c\u767d\u85dc\u82a6\u9187\u80fd\u8bf1\u5bfc T24 \u7ec6\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\uff0c\u5e76\u5448\u73b0\u7740\u5242\u91cf\u4f9d\u8d56\u6027\u3002\u53ef\u663e\u8457\u6291\u5236 T24 \u7ec6\u80de PI3K\/AKT \u4fe1\u53f7\u8def\u7684\u6fc0\u6d3b\uff0c\u8c03\u8282 MAPK \u901a\u8def\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u53d8\u5316\uff08ERK1\/2 \u4e0e P38\uff09\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u5f15\u8d77 BCL-2 \u5bb6\u65cf\u86cb\u767d\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3bCASPASE-3\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u8bf1\u5bfc\u51cb\u4ea1\u53d1\u751f\u3002<\/li>\n<li>3\uff0c\u767d\u85dc\u82a6\u9187\u80fd\u663e\u8457\u6291\u5236 T24 \u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u7c98\u9644\u3001\u8fc1\u79fb\u548c\u4fb5\u88ad\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0e\u964d\u4f4e mmp-9 \u7684\u8868\u8fbe\u6709\u5173\u3002<\/li>\n<li>4\uff0c\u767d\u85dc\u82a6\u9187\u53ef\u4ee5\u660e\u663e\u6291\u5236\u88f8\u9f20\u8180\u80f1\u764c\u79fb\u690d\u7624\u7684\u751f\u957f\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u4f5c\u7528\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0e\u767d\u85dc\u82a6\u9187\u964d\u4f4e\u80bf\u7624\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e2d \u7ec6\u80de\u660e\u663e\u963b\u6ede\u4e8e G1 \u671f\uff0c\u5176\u5206\u5b50\u673a\u5236\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u6291\u5236 T24 \u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d cyclinD1 \u548c CDK4 \u7684\u8868\u8fbe\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u5f3a WAF-1\/P21\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u8868\u8fbe\u3002 2\uff0c\u767d\u85dc\u82a6\u9187\u80fd\u8bf1\u5bfc T24 \u7ec6\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\uff0c\u5e76\u5448\u73b0\u7740\u5242\u91cf\u4f9d\u8d56\u6027\u3002\u53ef\u663e\u8457\u6291\u5236 T24 \u7ec6\u80de PI3K\/AKT \u4fe1\u53f7\u8def\u7684\u6fc0\u6d3b\uff0c\u8c03\u8282 MAPK \u901a\u8def\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u53d8\u5316\uff08ERK1\/2 \u4e0e P38\uff09\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u5f15\u8d77 BCL-2 \u5bb6\u65cf\u86cb\u767d\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3bCASPASE-3\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u8bf1\u5bfc\u51cb\u4ea1\u53d1\u751f\u3002 3\uff0c\u767d\u85dc\u82a6\u9187\u80fd\u663e\u8457\u6291\u5236 T24 \u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u7c98\u9644\u3001\u8fc1\u79fb\u548c\u4fb5\u88ad\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0e\u964d\u4f4e mmp-9 \u7684\u8868\u8fbe\u6709\u5173\u3002
