#ff6600;\">\u5bfc\u81f4\u795e\u7ecf\u9000\u884c\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff08NDD\uff09\u7684\u56e0\u7d20<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u9057\u4f20\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u6539\u53d8\u662f\u5f88\u591aNDD\u7684\u5371\u9669\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u7269\u7406\u4e36\u5316\u5b66\u548c\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\uff08\u5982\u5916\u4f24\u4e36\u6740\u866b\u5242\u548c\u611f\u67d3\uff09\u4e5f\u4f1a\u63d0\u9ad8NDD\u7684\u53d1\u75c5\u7387\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4ee5\u5916\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4e0eNDD\u6700\u5177\u5173\u8054\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u5e74\u9f84\u4e86\u3002\u65f6\u4ee3\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u548c\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u8fdb\u6b65\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u5168\u7403\u4e0d\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u8fdb\u5165\u8001\u9f84\u5316\u72b6\u6001\uff0cNDD\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\u4e5f\u9010\u6e10\u51f8\u663e\u3002\u4eba\u7c7b\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u5bff\u547d\u4ece\u4e0d\u523040\u5c81\u5230\u73b0\u5728\u768470\u5c81\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u53ea\u7528\u4e86\u77ed\u77ed200\u5e74\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u8fd9\u8ba9200\u5e74\u524d\u7f55\u89c1\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u5982\u764c\u75c7\u548c\u795e\u7ecf\u9000\u884c\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u53d6\u4ee3\u4f17\u591a\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u6210\u4e3a\u75be\u75c5\u821e\u53f0\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c<strong><span #ff6600;\">\u8865\u5145NMN\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u795e\u7ecf\u9000\u884c\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff08NDD\uff09\u98ce\u9669<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u8bf8\u591a\u79d1\u7814\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff0c\u8865\u5145NMN\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u63d0\u5347\u968f\u5e74\u9f84\u589e\u957f\u800c\u51cf\u5c11\u7684NAD+\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4fdd\u8bc1\u7ebf\u7c92\u4f53\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3b\u6297\u8870\u8001\u86cb\u767dSIRT\uff0c\u53ca\u65f6\u4fee\u590d\u53d7\u635f\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230\u6297\u8870\u8001\u529f\u6548\u3002<br \/>\n\u5728\u5927\u591a\u6570NDD\u4e2d\uff0c\u6c27\u5316\u5e94\u6fc0\u4e0e\u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u7ec6\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\u6709\u5173\u3002\u7ebf\u7c92\u4f53\u662f\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u573a\u6240\uff0c\u8fc7\u591a\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u4f1a\u7834\u574f\u7ebf\u7c92\u4f53\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u7ebf\u7c92\u4f53\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5242\u8d85\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u6b67\u5316\u91762\uff08SOD2\uff09\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u542b\u91cf\u3002\u8865\u5145NMN\u80fd\u589e\u52a0SOD2\u542b\u91cf\uff0c\u51cf\u8f7b\u6c27\u5316\u5e94\u6fc0\u5e76\u51cf\u5c11\u795e\u7ecf\u75c5\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u54fa\u4e73\u52a8\u7269\u4e2d\u7684\u6297\u8870\u8001\u86cb\u767dSIRT\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u8131\u4e59\u9170\u4f5c\u7528\u8c03\u8282\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u4f53\u5185\u5916\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\u6fc0\u6d3bSIRT\u80fd\u62b5\u6297\u795e\u7ecf\u529f\u80fd\u9000\u5316\u3002\u5176\u4e2dSIRT3\u4f4d\u65bc\u7ebf\u7c92\u4f53\u5185\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u9776\u6807\u86cb\u767d\u4e4b\u4e00\u5c31\u662fSOD2\u3002\u800cSIRT\u53d1\u6325\u6d3b\u6027\u9700\u8981NAD+\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5e95\u7269\uff0cNMN\uff08\u70df\u9170\u80fa\u5355\u6838\u82f7\u9178\uff09\u4f5c\u4e3aNAD+\u7684\u524d\u4f53\u53ef\u4ee5\u6fc0\u6d3bSIRT\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u8865\u5145NMN\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u6fc0\u6d3bSIRT\u53d1\u6325\u795e\u7ecf\u4fdd\u62a4\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6570NDD\u6f5c\u4f0f\u671f\u5f88\u957f\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u80fd\u8d85\u8fc720\u5e74\uff0c\u800c\u4eba\u7c7b\u795e\u7ecf\u7cfb\u7edf\u51e0\u4e4e\u4e0d\u53ef\u518d\u751f\uff0c\u75c5\u60c5\u7684\u52a0\u91cd\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u9006\u7684\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u901a\u8fc7\u8865\u5145NMN\u964d\u4f4e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u60a3\u75c5\u98ce\u9669\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img
