+\u524d\u4f53\u663e\u7740\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e86\u7ec6\u80de\u57f9\u517b\u7269\u4e2dMSC\u7684\u6269\u589e\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5b83\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u6210\u529f\u518d\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5982\u6b64\uff0cNMN\u6539\u53d8\u4e86\u589e\u5f3a\u9aa8\u9abc\u7684\u6210\u9aa8\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0e\u5f62\u6210\u8102\u80aa\u7684\u8102\u80aa\u5f62\u6210\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e94\u7528NMN\u540e\uff0c\u4e0e\u8102\u80aa\u7ec6\u80de\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0cMSC\u66f4\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u6210\u4e3a\u6210\u9aa8\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u8fd9\u8868\u660eNMN\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e86\u9aa8\u5f62\u6210\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5728NMN\u5904\u7406\u540e\uff0c\u53c2\u4e0e\u6210\u9aa8\u7684\u5fc5\u9700\u57fa\u56e0\u663e\u7740\u4e0a\u8c03\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u63a5\u7740\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u8bd5\u56fe\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ed3\u679c\u662f\u4ece\u57f9\u517b\u76bf\u4e2d\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u5c0f\u9f20\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4e00\u7ec4\u4e2d\u5e74\u5c0f\u9f20\u4e2d\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7NMN\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u9aa8\u9abc\u751f\u957f\u66f4\u4e3a\u663e\u7740\uff0c\u8102\u80aa\u7ec6\u80de\u53d1\u80b2\u8f83\u5c11\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u9aa8\u9abc\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6807\u5fd7\u7269\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u539a\u5ea6\u548c\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff09\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u3002\u901a\u8fc7NMN\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u6062\u590d\u4e86\u4e0e\u5e74\u9f84\u6709\u5173\u7684\u5178\u578b\u9aa8\u751f\u957f\u51cf\u5c11\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u5316\u5408\u7269SIRT1\uff08sirtuin-1\uff09\u662f\u5426\u5728NMN\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6210\u9aa8\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u9aa8\u9abc\u5f62\u6210\u4e2d\u8d77\u4f5c\u7528\u3002Sirtuins\u662f\u4e00\u7c7b\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\uff0c\u5728\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u957f\u5bff\u4e2d\u8d77\u7740\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5f53\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6240\u8c13\u7684\u201c\u957f\u5bff\u57fa\u56e0\u201d\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u964d\u4f4e\u65f6\uff0c\u5c31\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u8870\u8001\u548c\u6162\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u7531\u4e8esirtuins\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8eNAD
