RES\u4e0d\u540c\u5242\u91cf\u7ec4\u5927\u9f20\u80a1\u9aa8\u548c\u690e\u9aa8\u7684\u9aa8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u8f83 PMOP\u7ec4\u5347\u9ad8,\u5dee\u5f02\u5747\u6709\u7edf\u8ba1\u5b66\u610f\u4e49(<i>P<\/i>&lt;0.05)\u3002\u4e0e\u5bf9\u7167\u7ec4\u76f8\u6bd4, PMOP\u7ec4p53\u548cCyclin-D1\u7684mRNA\u8f6c\u5f55\u6c34\u5e73\u663e\u8457\u589e\u9ad8, RES\u4e0d\u540c\u5242\u91cf\u7ec4\u7684Cyclin-D1\u7684mRNA\u8f6c\u5f55\u6c34\u5e73\u8f83PMOP\u7ec4\u5347\u9ad8,\u800cp53\u7684mRNA\u8f6c\u5f55\u6c34\u5e73\u964d\u4f4e,\u5dee\u5f02\u5747\u6709\u7edf\u8ba1\u5b66\u610f\u4e49(<i>P<\/i>&lt;0.05)\u3002Western blot\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a, PMOP\u7ec4\u7684Notch-1\u8868\u8fbe\u6c34\u5e73\u663e\u8457\u6291\u5236,
