\u53ef\u4ee5\u9006\u8f6c\u8870\u8001\u5bf9\u795e\u7ecf\u8840\u7ba1\u5355\u4f4d\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u5e76\u6062\u590d\u7ec6\u80de\u901a\u8def\u7684\u8001\u9f20\u5927\u8111\u3002 NMN \u8865\u5145\u5242\u53ef\u80fd\u6210\u4e3a\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u5bf9\u6297\u7531\u795e\u7ecf\u8840\u7ba1\u5355\u5143\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u788d\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u4e0e\u5e74\u9f84\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6076\u5316\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n<p \u7684\u5206\u5b50\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u8be5\u5206\u5b50\u5728\u5bff\u547d\u8c03\u8282\u3001\u65b0\u9648\u4ee3\u8c22\u548c\u7ec6\u80de\u5065\u5eb7\u4e2d\u8d77\u7740\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002 NAD+ \u6c34\u5e73\u968f\u7740\u5e74\u9f84\u7684\u589e\u957f\u800c\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8e NAD+ \u6fc0\u6d3b\u7684\u79f0\u4e3a sirtuins \u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7684\u6fc0\u6d3b\u4e5f\u4f1a\u5982\u6b64\u3002 NAD+ \u4f9d\u8d56\u6027\u53bb\u4e59\u9170\u5316\u9176\u7ef4\u6301 DNA \u548c\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u5e76\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u7ec6\u80de\u5065\u5eb7\u7ef4\u62a4\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u67e5\u770b\u4e86\u57fa\u56e0\u6d3b\u6027\u8c31\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u5728\u8001\u5e74\u5c0f\u9f20\u4e2d\u6ce8\u5c04 class=\"subtitle\">\u901a\u8fc7\u6d4b\u91cf\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\uff08\u79f0\u4e3a\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u8fbe\u8c31\uff09\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5c0f\u7ec4\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5728\u63a5\u53d7 NMN \u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u8001\u5e74\u5c0f\u9f20\u4e2d\uff0c\u5927\u7ea6 55% \u7684\u795e\u7ecf\u8840\u7ba1\u5355\u4f4d\u57fa\u56e0\u6062\u590d\u5230\u5e74\u8f7b\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff0cNMN \u8c03\u8282\u57fa\u56e0\u4e2d\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u6d3b\u6027\u4e0e\u5e74\u9f84\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d8\u5316\u4e2d\u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u5728 NMN \u6cbb\u7597\u540e\u88ab\u9006\u8f6c\u3002\u867d\u7136\u54fa\u4e73\u52a8\u7269\u4e2d\u5b58\u5728\u4e03\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684sirtuin\uff0c\u4f46\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u56e2\u961f\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u4e00\u79cd\u2014\u2014SIRT1\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u8001\u5e74\u5c0f\u9f20\u4e2d\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86 SIRT1 \u654f\u611f\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u5931\u8c03\uff0c\u4f46 NMN \u6cbb\u7597\u9006\u8f6c\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"subtitle\">\u9664\u4e86\u901a\u8fc7 SIRT1 \u63d0\u4f9b\u4fdd\u62a4\u5916\uff0c\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u9057\u4f20\u5b66\u6570\u636e\u8fd8\u663e\u793a\uff0cNMN \u4f7f\u8001\u5e74\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u80fd\u91cf\u4ea7\u751f\u52a8\u529b\u2014\u2014\u7ebf\u7c92\u4f53\u6062\u590d\u6d3b\u529b\u3002\u7528 NMN \u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u5e74\u8f7b\u5c0f\u9f20\u548c\u8001\u5e74\u5c0f\u9f20\u7ebf\u7c92\u4f53\u76f8\u5173\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u8fbe\u8c31\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u8fd9\u8868\u660e NMN NMN
